Symptom Description: The power meter pairs to a head unit or Qalvin, but reports no wattage and no cadence data.
Cause: The power meter is unable to measure cadence.
Wattage = Torque x Cadence

Troubleshooting
View the below tables to determine how your power meter measures cadence, and the troubleshooting steps to get it working again.
All AXS power meters feature AxCad and DO NOT require a magnet for cadence.
DZero Models
*DZero Model power meters only measure cadence using an accelerometer
Perform the below sections of the Quarq Power Meter Basic Troubleshooting Guide, then test the power meter's function.

Legacy Models
*Legacy power meter models capable of AxCad require firmware v23 or newer. If the power meter is using v22 or lower, you must perform a firmware update using Qalvin Legacy.
