Symptom Description: The Power meter will turn on, but will not wirelessly connect (pair) to a cycling computer
Cause: The power meter is not broadcasting a wireless signal properly. This can be the result of a battery with low voltage, a poor battery connection, an issue the power meter's antenna, or a malfunctioning cycling computer.
Troubleshooting
AXS / DZero / DFour / DZero for Specialized / Eagle MTB: Perform the below sections of the troubleshooting guide.
- Pages 7 - 9: AXS, DZero and Legacy Power Meter Battery Compartment Service
- Pages 10 - 12: Power Meter Reboot
Following the troubleshooting, attempt to pair the power meter to a cycling computer or the SRAM AXS app.
If the power meter will still not pair, please contact Quarq Customer Service.
