Symptom Description: The power meter will pair to a head unit or Qalvin. When pedaling cadence reports but wattage does NOT.
Cause: If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, an issue exists with the power meter's strain measurement circuit.
*If no wattage and no cadence reports, see Does Not Report Wattage or Cadence.

AXS / DZero / DFour / DFour91 / DZero for Specialized / Eagle MTB: Perform the below sections of the troubleshooting guide.
- Pages 7 & 8: AXS, DZero and Legacy Power Meter Battery Compartment Service
- Pages 9 & 10: Power Meter Reboot
Following the above troubleshooting:
- Perform a Zero Offset and see the Zero Offset guidelines
- Perform a quick test ride to see if wattage now reports.
If the zero offset is outside the guidelines, or the power meter does not report wattage, please contact Quarq Customer Service.
