Before using your Rival spindle-based power meter, or if you haven't done so already, follow the steps for "initial calibration" in the SRAM AXS App. The initial calibration step improves the accuracy of your power meter.
NOTE: Perform the Initial Calibration step when replacing your bottom bracket or moving the Rival power meter to a new bike.

Initial Calibration Steps:
- Turn the power meter on by rotating the crank half of a rotation. The power meter LED will blink green once to indicate it is on.
- Open the SRAM AXS App.
- Click CONNECT, then select your SRAM/Quarq DUB Power Meter.
Notice: Update to the latest firmware if necessary. - Scroll down to the "Initial Setup Calibration" section and select "Setup Calibration."
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
Notice: Do not touch the non-drive side crank arm during the initial calibration process.
Once the initial calibration step is complete, perform Manual Zero before each ride. The Zero Offset can take 2-3 rides to stabilize on newly installed power meters or chainrings.
