Do the PowerTap power pedals come with cleats?

Can I adjust the release tension on the pedal?

The release tension on the P1 and Single-Sided pedals can be adjusted. You will need a 2.5mm hex wrench to perform the adjustment. Release tension range is 6 – 20 Nm. See more
